We welcome applications from food vendors, including those selling baked goods, sweets, preserves and prepared food.All food stallholders must comply with the relevant Hutt City Council food safety requirements. These requirements depend on what you're selling and whether you're operating commercially or for charitable purposes.Some stalls need to notify Hutt City Council, while others require formal food business registration.Please check the requirements with Hutt City Council before the market. You'll need to have any required documentation available on market day.
